Shipping, handled with care.
Every Delune order is prepared with care and sent using tracked or reliable postal services wherever available. Below you’ll find our current shipping information for the Gulf countries, delivery estimates and what to do if you need support with your order.

We are currently finalizing our delivery networks for the wider Gulf region. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes will be updated here as soon as services launch.
Order processing
Orders are prepared as carefully and promptly as possible. Delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed. During busy periods, product launches, sales or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer than usual.
Tracking and delivery updates
When tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a short time for tracking links to activate after dispatch.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at gcc@delune.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll help you look into it. Occasionally, delays can occur due to courier networks, customs clearance, adverse weather, seasonal demand or address issues outside our control.
Fragrance, oils and specialist products
Some fragrance, essential oil or beauty items may require specific handling, customs documentation, or specialist courier services. Where this applies, we will use the most appropriate available shipping method for the product and destination.
Returns
